The Leading Change Institute (LCI) is not a one-week, one-off experience, it fosters meaningful relationships that grow into a network of allies and colleagues that renews itself each year with each new cohort of aspiring leaders. LCI provides exposure to thought leaders from across higher education that mentor and guide participants to develop their leadership skills, identify and address current real-world problems in higher education, and break down the silos of their own institutions.
